The Constitution of the Berkshire Youth Cricket League

  1. The title shall be the Berkshire Youth Cricket League, (BYCL)
  2. The purpose of the BYCL is to promote and organize competitive cricket for junior sections of clubs affiliated to the England & Wales Cricket Board, (ECB) via their County Board.
  3. BYCL is accountable to the Berkshire Cricket Board
  4. Management of the BYCL
    • The Officers and Committee members together form the Management Committee and are responsible for the day to day affairs of the BYCL
    • The Officers and Committee shall be elected annually at an AGM called for that purpose and to recieve the annual reports and accounts.
    • No business shall be conducted unless 50% of the Management Committee are present
    • The Management Committee shall have the power to co-opt members, fill vacancies between AGMs and to create sub-committees if deemed necessary
