Fixtures Meeting
The 2012 Fixtures Meeting will be held on Tuesday 31th January 2012 at the Royal Berkshire Sports and Social Club, Sonning Lane, Reading, RG4 6ST starting at 8:00 pm.
A maximum of two club representatives should be present to arrange their 2012 fixtures for all age groups in which teams have been entered.
Clubs attending reserve the right to offer dates to any opponent not in attendance. Failure to agree dates may ultimately result in points being awarded under the rules agreed by clubs at the AGM.
