BYCL Management Committee — functional responsibilities
The Management Committee of the BYCL shall meet at least three times per year for the purpose of:
- Conducting the business and administration of the BYCL
- Deciding on any matters not covered by the Constitution or the Rules
- Controlling the BYCL Finances and the effective management of the bank account
- Dealing with any disputes between member clubs
- Discussing proposals and issues affecting the BYCL
- Organizing the Divisional Finals events
Each officer and committee member will have a vote.
Any decision taken shall be by a simple majority.
In the event of a tied vote the Chairman, or his nominated deputy shall have the casting vote.
