BYCL Management Committee — functional
responsibilities
The Management Committee of the BYCL shall
meet four times per year for the purpose of:
1. Conducting the business and administration of the BYCL
2. Deciding on any matters not covered by the Constitution
or the Rules
3. Controlling the BYCL Finances and the effective
management of the bank account
4. Dealing with any disputes between member clubs
5. Discussing proposals and issues affecting the BYCL
6. Organizing the County Cup and Divisional Finals events
Each officer and committee member will have a vote.
Any decision taken shall be by a simple majority.
In the event of a tied vote the Chairman, or his nominated
deputy shall have the casting vote.
