4 meetings per year: January, April, June and September
plus attendance at the AGM in November.
Postponement of matches due to weather
Once fixtures have been agreed between clubs within the
framework published by the Fixtures Secretary and issued to
clubs by the date of the fixtures meeting - then games may
only be postponed due to the weather.
It was agreed by Clubs at the 2008 AGM that in the event of
a match being postponed due to the weather there would be a
two week window in which to re-arrange and play the match.
Should managers agree to postpone the arranged match for
reasons other than inclement weather the Divisional
Secretary on reference to the Management Committee may
declare the game void.
