1. The meeting will normally be held on the last Tuesday in November of each year.
The 2008 Annual General Meeting will be on Tuesday 25th November 2008 at the Royal Berkshire Sports and Social Club, Sonning Lane, Reading, RG4 6ST starting at 8:00 pm.
2. The AGM is held for the purpose of:
- receiving the Chairman's report
- receiving and approving the audited report and
accounts
- to elect the Officers and Committee for the following
12 months
- to elect an auditor
- accepting or rejecting proposals and changes to the Constitution, Rules and Playing Rules
A quorum for the AGM and proposals requires two thirds of the members clubs invited too attend
Submissions, proposals and nominations should be forwarded to the Secretary in writing no later than the 30th September preceding the AGM.
Proposals for consideration at the 2008 AGM will appear on these pages at least three weeks prior to the AGM.
