Annual General
Meetings
The AGM is held for the purpose
of:
- receiving the Chairman's report
- receiving and approving the audited report and
accounts
- to elect the Officers and Committee for the following
12 months
- to elect an auditor
- accepting or rejecting proposals and changes to the Constitution, Rules and Playing Rules
A quorum for the AGM requires two thirds of the members clubs invited too attend
Submissions, proposals and nominations should be forwarded to the Secretary in writing by the 30th September preceding the AGM.
